  • How to order taxi service?

    You can book a taxi by two methods. You can use online application to book a taxi for your desired destination or we will book for you a taxi on call.

  • Can I schedule taxi ahead of time?

    Yes, we suggest that you must book a taxi in advance. Your driver is directed and prepared for dispatch to your address. Advance booking enables for us to prepare and inform your driver about your pick up and drop off location.

  • Do I have to prepay for the taxi?

    You have both options available. When you get a quota online and proceeded to next step you will get two options, cash to driver or credit card.

  • Is there any taxi fare calculator on your website?

    Yes, we have mentioned fixed rates for local area traveling and you can also get quote by using online quote application.

  • What deductions are made on cancellation?

    It depends; when you book your taxi you will be allowed a time to make changes in your booking. If you access the time limit you will have to pay service charges for cancellation.

  • Can I change my booking once made?

    Yes, you can change your time and date even after you confirm you booking. You are given sometime to make these changes, during that time we don't charge for services. But once the booking is converted to fixed booking, some services charges will be deducted from your account for making changes in your booking.

  • What about all my information? Is it protected?

    Yes, don't worry, all your information is kept confidential.

  • Can disabled passengers use your taxi services?

    For disabled people we have special offers. You can call us to get further information about special services.
