When you complete the form to book your ride with Harpenden Taxis, you implicitly agree without reservation to the terms and conditions set out herein.
In making your booking, Harpenden Taxi Service will email you a quotation based on the information you provide. This will be binding, unless you make a material change to the type of vehicle, number of passengers (a child of any age is a passenger), or the itinerary as agreed upon.
If you are booking an airport transfer, you must allow enough time to check in and allow for delays due to traffic. Harpenden Taxi Service will check for delays before departure, but cannot be responsible for erroneous information provided by airport websites. Harpenden Taxi Will not be responsible for missed flights if you are not ready at the agreed upon time.
If you need to transport a wheelchair, you must let us know at the time of booking.
If you require a receipt, we can email one to you, or your driver can give you a hand-written receipt. Emailed receipts can take up to 48 hours.
Invoices are due and payable within 30 days. If you cancel a booking that was not pre-paid, you will be invoiced. Unpaid invoices will incur an additional charge of 10% (minimum) of the original amount.
